Accessibility Statement

This statement was last reviewed on 17 September 2026.

BrightPath Audio wants this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition software, or keyboard-only navigation.

Conformance target

We've built this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as closely as we can. This is a target we actively work towards, not a guarantee of full conformance at every moment — as pages are added or updated, we test and fix issues on an ongoing basis.

What we've done

  • Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page
  • A "skip to main content" link on every page
  • Full keyboard operability, including the mobile menu and FAQ accordion
  • Visible focus indicators that are never suppressed
  • Text and background colours checked for sufficient contrast
  • Alt text on meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology
  • Forms with associated labels and clear, specific error messages
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences (animations are minimised if you've set this in your operating system)
  • Responsive layout that supports zoom and text resizing without loss of content

Known limitations

Audio episodes do not currently include transcripts. We plan to add transcripts as each show's production process matures — this is a known gap, not an oversight, and we're tracking it.
