These terms apply whenever you use brightpathaudio.com or listen to a BrightPath Audio show. By using the site, you agree to them.

The site and our shows

BrightPath Audio operates this website and produces the shows described on it. Most of the site is free to use. We also offer an optional paid subscription, BrightPath Supporter, which unlocks every episode of every show. The Supporter terms below apply if you subscribe.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site — text, audio, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by BrightPath Audio or licensed to us. You may listen to and share links to our episodes for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site in any way that breaks the law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; interfere with the site's operation (including via automated scraping that disregards robots.txt); or use the contact form to send spam, malware, or abusive content.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party platforms (e.g. podcast apps, social media). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and episodes publishing on schedule, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or a show at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BrightPath Audio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

BrightPath Supporter subscriptions

What you get: streaming and download access to every episode of Bible Stories and Children's Stories, for as long as your subscription is active. Access is linked to the browser you subscribe in; use "Restore Access on This Device" to add other browsers.

Price: £4.99 per month (or the price shown for the plan length you choose on the Supporter page), including any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You need to give card details to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is taken automatically when it ends, and your subscription then renews automatically at the same price each billing period until you cancel. One free trial per person.

Cancelling: cancel any time from your account page (brightpathaudio.com/account.php) or by emailing hello@brightpathaudio.com. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Your 14-day right to cancel: as a UK consumer you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of starting your paid subscription. Because the content is digital and access starts immediately, we ask you at checkout to agree that access starts straight away and to acknowledge that you then lose this 14-day cancellation right for that period. If we don't get that agreement, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Price changes: we'll email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

Reminders: we'll email you before your free trial ends and before each annual (or other long-term) renewal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, and you keep any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last reviewed" date above will change when we do.
