El sitio y nuestros programas

BrightPath Audio operates this website and produces the shows described on it. Most of the site is free to use. We also offer an optional paid subscription, BrightPath Supporter, which unlocks every episode of every show. The Supporter terms below apply if you subscribe.

Propiedad intelectual

Salvo que se indique lo contrario, todo el contenido de este sitio — texto, audio, gráficos, logotipos y diseño — es propiedad de BrightPath Audio o está licenciado para nosotros. Puedes escuchar y compartir enlaces a nuestros episodios para uso personal y no comercial. No puedes republicar, redistribuir ni crear obras derivadas de nuestro contenido sin permiso por escrito.

Uso aceptable

Aceptas no: usar el sitio de ninguna forma que infrinja la ley; intentar acceder sin autorización al sitio o a sus sistemas; interferir con el funcionamiento del sitio (incluso mediante scraping automatizado que ignore robots.txt); o usar el formulario de contacto para enviar spam, malware o contenido abusivo.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

BrightPath Supporter subscriptions

What you get: streaming and download access to every episode of Bible Stories and Children's Stories, for as long as your subscription is active. Access is linked to the browser you subscribe in; use "Restore Access on This Device" to add other browsers.

Price: £4.99 per month (or the price shown for the plan length you choose on the Supporter page), including any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You need to give card details to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is taken automatically when it ends, and your subscription then renews automatically at the same price each billing period until you cancel. One free trial per person.

Cancelling: cancel any time from your account page (brightpathaudio.com/account.php) or by emailing hello@brightpathaudio.com. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Your 14-day right to cancel: as a UK consumer you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of starting your paid subscription. Because the content is digital and access starts immediately, we ask you at checkout to agree that access starts straight away and to acknowledge that you then lose this 14-day cancellation right for that period. If we don't get that agreement, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Price changes: we'll email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

Reminders: we'll email you before your free trial ends and before each annual (or other long-term) renewal.

Ley aplicable

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, and you keep any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
