All five Story Week stories make up the Autumn Walks pack. You don’t need to buy anything to listen on the podcast.
What’s in a Story Pack
- 5 or 10 MP3 audio stories, about 5 to 8 minutes each, for children aged about 3 to 8
- Printable card labels for every story, sized for make-your-own audio cards (about 54 × 86 mm, the size of a bank card), plus a label for the whole pack
- A one-page read-me with how to download the files, the personal-use licence and how we use AI
Everything is a digital download. Nothing is posted, and no cards are included: you print the labels on your own sticker paper or card.
Every story in our packs is also free to listen to on the Children’s Stories podcast. A pack gives you the MP3 files to keep, ready to add to make-your-own cards or play anywhere, and the labels to go with them.

A free story every Friday
Every Friday, the Children’s Stories podcast publishes one new free story for children aged about 3 to 8. When we have 5 or 10 stories on a theme, they become a Story Pack.
Questions grown-ups ask
Will the stories work with our audio player?
The stories are standard MP3 files, so they work with make-your-own cards. You can add them to make-your-own audio cards or figures that you own, for example Yoto Make Your Own cards or a Creative-Tonie for the Toniebox, using that player’s own app. They also play on phones, tablets and computers.
BrightPath Audio is independent and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Yoto or Tonies. No cards or figures are included.
Are the pack stories free on the podcast too?
Yes. Every story in our packs is also published free on the Children’s Stories podcast, and you’re welcome to listen there. You don’t have to buy a pack.
A pack is for families who want to keep the MP3 files, put them on make-your-own cards, and have the matching printable labels. Buying a pack also helps us keep making free stories.
What can we do with the files?
A Story Pack is for one household’s own listening. You can:
- download the stories and play them on your own devices
- put them on make-your-own audio cards or figures that you own, for your household
- print the labels for your household
Please don’t share, upload, sell or alter the files, or use them in a school, nursery or other group. For group use, email us.
How do you use AI?
Episodes are created and narrated with AI. Some episodes publish automatically. After publishing, the BrightPath team checks every episode for quality and child safety.
The voices you hear are AI voices, not real people, and no real person’s voice has been copied.
Are the stories right for my child?
The stories are written for children aged about 3 to 8, to enjoy with a grown-up. They’re gentle, with no scary parts. Every child is different, so please listen to a story first if you’re unsure: they’re all free on the podcast.
The stories are for enjoyment. They aren’t a substitute for advice from a professional.
When and how do we get the files?
Straight away. On Payhip, you’ll get a download link on screen and by email: please keep that email.
On Payhip, the pack comes as one ZIP folder. Most phones and computers open these with a tap or double-click.
Can we get a refund? What are our cancellation rights?
Your 14 days to change your mind. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the day you buy to cancel and get a full refund.
Downloading. Because Story Packs are digital downloads, at checkout on Payhip we’ll ask you to tick a box (it’s never ticked for you) that says: “I want access to my download straight away and I understand I will lose my 14-day right to cancel once the download starts.” Once you’ve started downloading, you can’t cancel. We’ll confirm this in your order email.
Something wrong with a file? If a download is faulty or isn’t as described, tell us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we’ll fix or replace it, and if we can’t, you can get some or all of your money back. This doesn’t affect your other legal rights.
To cancel or ask for a refund, email hello@brightpathaudio.com with your order details.
Can we buy from outside the UK?
Yes. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Your bank or card provider may convert the price into your currency and may charge a fee for this.
